Be very careful if you handling any funding from this CA based lender.  Our agency made a small msitake and sent too much money to this lender in 2010 (se sent the broker yield spread in the lender check by mistake).  The company and its CEO dodge all requests for the refund, depsite sending documentation more than 6 times.  Both the FL and CA state regulators were contacted and they indicate the mattert is a civil issue, so there is no recourse when when companies retain funds they are not entitled to.  Only accept wired funds from these people.
