In 1998 an opportunity came along to purchase Aloma Title Company which was established in 1984. The fledgling up title company’s business was folded into ATC. Bill is most proud of the Aloma Title Company’s small family of dedicated team members and feels that everyone makes a contribution to ATC’s success. He recognizes and believes that it’s the team who does the “heavy lifting” . He also attributes the deep knowledge base of the team to individuals starting with 11 years of tenure and up to 25 years with ATC. Speaking on behalf of the team, he feels strongly that the title profession plays important role in facilitating real estate ownership by protecting and securing the property rights of all who desire to be part in the American dream.
