DFS and Florida Bar Education Requirements

Department of Financial Services: Florida Licensed Title Insurance Agents are required to have a minimum of ten approved continuing education hours by their renewal date (every two years). Of these ten hours, three must be approved for Ethics. You can check your CE status with DFS here. (Internet Explorer Required)

The Florida Bar: Continuing legal education is mandatory for all active bar members. The Continuing Legal Education Requirement (CLER) is 30 general credit hours of approved educational activity every three years with five of the 30 hours in the areas of legal ethics, professionalism or substance abuse. You can check your CLE status or post courses here www.flabar.org.
