CONVENTION HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION

At this time the convention hotel is SOLD OUT. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we do encourage you to still contact the hotel to request to be included on the waitlist: 866-841-0287. Rooms may become available. As an alternative you may want to consider looking into the following options:

1. Fairfield Inn & Suites, Palm Coast (<15 Minutes)
2. Hampton Inn & Suites, Palm Coast (<30 Minutes)
3. Hilton Garden Inn, Palm Coast (<30 Minutes)
4. Guy Harvey Resort St. Augustine (30 Minutes)
5. VRBO and Airbnb - A great alternative 
   1. This location is unique as some of the units are privately owned and rented out on Airbnb and Vrbo.  It may be a good idea to check these sites.  Enter Hammock Beach Resort in the location search and you may find properties onsite or nearby. Be sure to read room descriptions and details as this option does have property limitations.

1. Convention registration attendee fee must be paid by the 15th of the following month for current month's registration rate. 

2. Payments may be made online with a credit card. 

3. Make check payable to "Florida Land Title Association" and mail to:

4. REFUND POLICY: A written request for refund received prior to Friday, 10/11/24 will be honored, minus a $35 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued AFTER 10/11/24.
