ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES (shoes available for rent) - Safety is our highest priority!

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER AND SHOW ID upon arrival.

2. Parent to fill out all fields, including designation of the responsible guardian during the event
3. Parent to upload image of their government issued ID
4. Designated responsible guardian will need to bring their ID for verification day of the event
