    ALTA presents a number of webinars every year, and I found this one of great interest.  In part because he highlighted something many agents miss -- there is a difference between maintaining relations with existing customers and prospecting for new ones.    Maintaining relationships is important, but the growth of your company will be driven by new relationships.
