Title Forum

For those of you involved in larger commercial transactions, this week the Business Law (11/30) and RPPTL Sections (12/2) of the Florida Bar both approved a new and updated set of guidelines for opinion letters.    While attorneys are not usually going to be opining on title matters – leaving those to us to insure – you may be seeing slightly different requests for information and concerns as a result of these guidelines.   In the next few days, we expect the entire report to be posted at www.rpptl.org.
