Payment Information

 Registration must include payment. You must register online using your credit  card through PayPal, or select "pay ofline" to send a check..  Some companies have restrictions on using a company credit card on PayPal.   Please contact your accounting department if you have difficulty as most can permit a one time transaction.  If paying by check and mailing registration, make check payable to “FLTA”, and mail to address shown below.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

 All cancellations must be received in writing prior to October 16, 2012 and are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the 2012 Annual Convention. Refunds will not be granted after October 16, 2012, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify FLTA of all cancellations by mail, or e-mail using linda@flta.org
