MEMBERSClick here to register online   You'll need your FLTA log-in and password to register.   If you haven’t set up your own log-in as an employee of a member company, do it now -- (otherwise you won't be able to register). 

Not sure about your membership status?  You need to be an FLTA member to join us at the convention. There are several ways to check your status.  Check the member directories to see if your employer is an FLTA member.  If your company is a member, then you need to also be in our directory as "an employee of a member".  Here's how to check for your individual profile.  If your company is NOT currently a member, here are the instructions for joining.

Payment Information

 Registration must include payment. You must register online using your credit  card through PayPal, or select "pay offline" to send a check..  Some companies have restrictions on using a company credit card on PayPal.   Please contact your accounting department if you have difficulty as most can permit a one time transaction.  If paying by check and mailing registration, make check payable to “FLTA”, and mail to address shown below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to October 15, 2014 and are subject to a $35.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the 2013 Annual Convention. Refunds will not be granted after October 15, 2014, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify FLTA of all cancellations by mail, or e-mail using cindy@flta.org
